The lid is pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural non-stick finish.

Includes vent hole.

With oak knob, converts a frying pan into a Saute pan, perfect for hob top cooking.

Weight 1.00kg (2lb 3oz), lid diameter 11.75'' (30cm), lid height 3.0" (8.0cm).

Note: this lid sits inside the top rim and therefore measures slightly less than 12 inches.

The edible Sussex flax oil coating is easy to wash & naturally non-stick.

It is ready for immediate use.

No chemicals or PTFE are used in the coating of the pan.

Coating can be simply restored at home, time after time.
