This is not a podcast: The Andrew Clarke interview
In early May, we spoke to Andrew Clarke, an award winning, London based chef and mental health activist; co-founder of the Pilot Light campaign, a social impact initiative providing support within the hospitality industry.
Well known for his fire cooking, and innovative use of ingredients, Andrew is currently one of the team behind the Tramshed project in Shoreditch.
The Tramshed was built in 1905 as a power station for the overground tram network and is now a place to eat, work and explore ideas. And the team are also working with local charities and campaigns such as A Plate for London, aimed at tackling food poverty in the city.
