No pizza stone, no problem. Angela Hartnett uses a prospector pan! Pizza perfection in the Sunday Telegraph.

Angela Hartnett is a busy woman.  When she is not running her restaurant Murano or writing a column for the Telegraph, she is finding the time to judge the BBC Food and Farming Award finals.  We are looking forward to the results, with the winners being announced in October.

No pizza stone, no problem. Angela Hartnett uses a prospector pan!  Pizza perfection in the SundayTelegraph.
Her most recent Telegraph column, published at the weekend (16.8.21),  is  all about one of the nation’s favourite foods – pizza.  As well as sourdough bread (tricky) and banana bread (easy), one of the lockdown trends was “frying pan pizza”  (fun) and so we  are delighted to see Angela make her chorizo and courgette recipe in one of our prospector pans.  These are particularly good as you can use them in the oven as well as on the hob, so pizza is not your only option!
Find the recipe on-line here: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/recipes/0/chorizo-courgette-frying-pan-pizza-recipe/

Angela used a 12 inch Netherton Foundry prospector pan, see the details of the pan here.
Of course, our griddle and bake plates do make a cracking good conventional pizza, either in your oven or better still in a pizza/wood fired oven.
