Asador 44 at Abergavenny, Chef Owen Morgan gives us a taster
A corner of Spain is coming to a Welsh castle this weekend. So if you want to know what culinary excitement Owen Morgan of Asador 44 has in store for the Firepits UK stage at Abergavenny Food festival, listen in. He’s going to be cooking a fabulous sounding rice dish in one of our giant Netherton Foundry paella pans in the castle grounds at 3pm on Saturday afternoon, assisted and encouraged by the always awesome Sam and Shauna, Hang Fire gals. Sounds like there’s going to be plenty to go round, so make sure you are there!
