The Times: Hannah Evans cooks Chicken Marbella in the new Netherton prospector roasting tray

Olives: 

Do you love ‘em or hate ‘em?  It seems there is no middle ground when it comes to a predilection for olives, be they green or black; Greek, Spanish or Italian. We LOVE olives, so we were delighted to see that Hannah Evans had put together a 6 recipe collection for the Times magazine, all featuring olives.  And it was even more thrilling to see the Chicken Marbella recipe, evocatively photographed by Romas Foord in a Netherton prospector roasting tray.
