Do you love ‘em or hate ‘em? It seems there is no middle ground when it comes to a predilection for olives, be they green or black; Greek, Spanish or Italian. We LOVE olives, so we were delighted to see that Hannah Evans had put together a 6 recipe collection for the Times magazine, all featuring olives. And it was even more thrilling to see the Chicken Marbella recipe, evocatively photographed by Romas Foord in a Netherton prospector roasting tray.

We now have two versions of the prospector roasting tray, one for standard ovens and one specifically designed to fit on the runners of AGA ovens. Both are fantastic for tray bakes, both sweet and savoury; tarts, pizzas and galettes; roast dinners; toad in the hole and a myriad other ideas.
