Made with Sunday lunch leftovers in just the prospector pan it’s the perfect dish when you want to impress without the fuss. It’s a dish full of flavour – but doesn’t take long as the bulgar wheat cooks quickly. Diana explains that it can be adapted to your leftovers and is just as food with chicken thighs too.
You can read Diana’s recipe here on the Telegraph, with a subscription.

Diana uses a 12” Prospector pan in her recipe to get the perfect colour on her figs and lamb before adding the rest of the dish to soak up the flavours in the pan.
