Once the domain of a bloke with a can of lager and a novelty apron, creating hot dogs on hot days, the barbecue and culture of outdoor cooking has, like the human race, evolved beyond the caveman.
Today’s BBQ stars include women like Genevieve Taylor and the Hang Fire girls and rising stars like teenager Aston Prideaux.
And fire and charcoal cooking is now a year round activity.  With that in mind, we’d like to share our range with you for budding barbecue stars and party throwers

Fire cooking

The crochta pans with stake and chain
Sometimes simplest is best, taken from the Irish word for hanging our crochta pan can be simply dangled from the stake and chain over a fire

Next on the list is the Dutch oven with stand
More stable than a tripod, packs down for easy storage and transport, can be used as a casserole indoors.
Bake, stew, roast.
