The 2nd Ginger and Spice Festival in Market Drayton takes place from 25th to 29th September
Full festival details here.
Last Sunday, Sue from Netherton Foundry was interviewed on BBC Radio Shropshire by Paul Shuttleworth along with festival organiser Julia Roberts of Rocket PR, Chef Chris Burt of the Mytton & Mermaid Hotel near Shrewshury, Chef Adam Purnell the Shropshire Lad, James Sherwin from Wild Shropshire, Darren from Morgans Country Butchers and Rob Gibson of Roots and Wings.
This motley crew will all be in the Food Theatre during Saturday with demonstrations and entertainment. The demos are great fun, informative and free, so pop along and see Shropshire’s finest doing what they do best. The chefs will be using Netherton pans and some of them will be playing with fire on Kadai Fire bowls.
Sue will also have a selection of Netherton Foundry pans for sale.
