Sam and Sam Clark love to cook in spun iron pans: House & Garden

 
Chefs and husband and wife team Sam and Sam Clark share the same name and in the July 2024 edition of House and Garden, they share their thoughts with Blanche Vaughan.
 
Flavours of the Mediterranean, hardware from Shropshire, we loved to see them telling the magazine’s readers of House and Garden that they love cooking their Moorish cuisine in Netherton Foundry pans. 
 
You can taste their food at their restaurant Moro, and their Morito tapas bars, or have a go yourself, following the recipes in any of their cookbooks; Moro: the cookbook; Casa Moro; Moro East; Morito and finally, their most recent Moro Easy.
