Nigel Slater rustles up a roasted roots recipe
So exciting to see that, once again, Nigel Slater has pulled his prospector pan out of the cupboard for another Observer recipe feature, with stunning photogrpahy by Jonathan Lovekin
A delicious, colourful recipe full of autumnal colour and with the tahini dressing providing "a toasty warmth to kitchen treats". Straightforward to make, but elevating the humble root vegetables to centre stage, or rather centre table, this recipe will be cooked again and again at Netherton HQ.
