Ridiculously simple is how Nigel describes this dish and it really is simple to make. 
But the finished dish is far from simple; despite only two ingredients the flavour combination is way greater than the sum of its parts.

We were so  intrigued by this recipe that we couldn’t wait until “mid week” to try it.  It was a case of see it, cook it, eat it!  And we were not disappointed. 
This is one of those dishes that you don’t have to think about, that you may well have the ingredients for and which, we are sure, will surprise and delight you as much as it did us.  It was a perfect dinner to serve up after a busy weekend.
