Honey and Co in the FT Weekend Magazine: From Ludlow to London and around the Mediterranean
Honey and Co’s Itamar has redefined pasta as wheaty strands and this is the sort of food subversion we are here for. As he points out when describing the recipe his wife Sarit has created for the Financial Times this weekend, you can find forms of pasta all around the Mediterranean from Greece to Morocco. And on these more southern and eastern shores the rules imposed by generations of Italian nonnas become somewhat relaxed. To quote Barbossa in The Curse of the Black Pearl when describing the Pirate Code – “The code is more what you'd call 'guidelines' than actual rules.”

And travelling within these shores, we are thrilled to see the 6” Netherton prospector pan that journeyed from Ludlow Food festival back down to London with Sarit and Itamar has put in an appearance in Patricia Niven’s photo of Sarit’s dishes.

And for the full Pirates of the Caribbean quote:
- Elizabeth: Wait! You have to take me to shore. According to the Code of the Order of the Brethren...
- Barbossa: First, your return to shore was not part of our negotiations nor our agreement so I must do nothing. And secondly, you must be a pirate for the pirate's code to apply and you're not. And thirdly, the code is more what you'd call "guidelines" than actual rules. Welcome aboard the Black Pearl, Miss Turner
