Netherton pans feature in Genevieve Taylor Ultimate Wood Fired Oven Cookbook

The talented food writer Genevieve Taylor has recently launched The Ultimate Wood Fired Oven Cook Book which includes lots of great photos of Netherton pans in use, shot by Jason Ingrams

It's much more than just a recipe book, it's full of loads of useful info on choosing, building and running an outdoor wood fired oven. Includes a chapter in pizzas.

As you can see Genevieve uses lots of Netherton Foundry Prospector pans as they are ideal for use at the extreme temperatures found in wood fired ovens.
