Shropshire Made Black Iron Baking & Pizza Peel (Long Handle)

Perfect for loading & lifting pizzas, loaves of bread & baking from indoor & outdoor ovens.
Handle is a great length for removing pizzas from wood burning pizza ovens. 
The thin black iron blade simply slides under food.
Ideal for use with griddle and baking plates & pizza stones.
 
   
 
Heavy duty 1/8 inch (3mm) thick black iron handle with sturdy rivets.
Durable 99.1% pure iron pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural non-stick finish and easy to clean.
Suitable for high temperatures, resists warping and buckling.
It has a hand made British oak handle that is easily detachable by removing two brass wing nuts, no tools required.
Remove the long oak, hand made handle for use in small ovens & for seasoning the blade.
 

Dimensions:

Weight 2.0lbs (0,9kg), 42 inches (107cm) long, the blade is 12 inches (30cm) wide and the total depth is 1.5 inch (4cm).
Blade thickness: 1.5mm (1/16th inch).
