The lid is pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural non-stick finish.

Includes vent hole.

This lid has a turned oak knob and converts a frying pan into a saute pan for hob top cooking.

Weight 2lb 5oz (1.0 kg), lid diameter 11'' (28cm), lid height TBC" (TBCcm).

Note: this lid sits outside of rim of the pan and therefore measures slightly more than 11 inches.

The edible Sussex flax oil coating is easy to wash & naturally non-stick.

It is ready for immediate use.

No chemicals or PTFE are used in the coating of the pan.

Coating can be simply restored at home, time after time.
