John Torode cooks mackerel on a Netherton Split chapa with fire table

Chef and TV star John Torode has been touring the Jurassic coastline of Dorset for ITV's This Morning  last week, we saw him kayaking and fishing along the coast with the guys from Fore/Adventure, before coming ashore to forage seaweed and then head to the grounds of Knoll House Hotel to cook his catch. Well, maybe not HIS catch, but some local fish! And what did he use for his al fresco cook out - one of our fabulous split fire tables and giant half and half chapas.
