The story behind the pan: When someone gets up at 3 in the morning to travel across country and ask you to make a pan “just like their grandmother’s”, you can scarcely refuse. Which is exactly what happened; Harry travelled from Norfolk to sit on our doorstep, waiting for us to open up. With a cup of tea in hand, he described his grandmother’s pan and asked if we could make him a replica. Intrigued by his story and in respect of the journey he’d made to see us, we agreed to his request. And that's how the Netherton Foundry crochta pan was born.
