Opening Times
The website is always open for orders.
We're open for phone and email enquiries Monday-Thursday 0900-1600hrs and Friday 0900-1400hrs (these are UK times).
We do not recommend that you use our social media channels for important order enquiries as these are not always monitored.
We have a Cookware Emporium at our Cleobury Mortimer works. Please call us on 01746 862781 to check the hopening hours and arrange collections.
The Cleobury Mortimer works' shop is a small space so our whole range isn't on display, but you can see representative examples of all of our cookware. We can also give you advice on how to use and look after your pans. If you're coming for something in particular, please telephone BEFORE you arrive so we can ensure it's available. Prices at the shop are identical to our website prices. We take payment by debit or credit card only. The shop opening times are: Monday- Thursday- 9.30am until 4.00pm, Friday- 9.30am until 2.00pm. The shop is closed on Saturday and Sunday and every Bank and Public holiday.
