The two tins can be used individually to bake two 2lb loaves if no cloche is required.

Testimonial from the first customer.
I met Neil (Netherton's founder) at the Ludlow Food Festival 2022 and asked if he could make a loaf tin with a cloche. It is great, the two tins fit together really well. I said I would send some photos when I used it. Attached are some photos of a granary loaf I baked, It worked perfectly and because the tins fit together well, the prove can be done in the tins as well.
Another great product.
Thanks.

Why choose a pre- seasoned loaf tin ?
No chemicals or PTFE are used in the coating of the pan.
The edible Sussex flax oil coating is easy to wash & naturally non-stick.
It is ready for immediate use.
Coating can be simply restored at home, time after time.
Iron loaf tins are tough and can be used at very high temperatures.
Iron is a pure, simple metal which is easy to look after & very recyclable.
